Beyond his solo work, Tignor has collaborated with artists such as Rachel Grimes, Helios, Jefre Cantu-Ledesma, John Congleton, and This Will Destroy You. His background bridges multiple disciplines, with a PhD in composition from Princeton University, an MS in computer science from NYU Courant Institute, and a BA from Bard College, where he studied with poet John Ashbery.
