Everything we sell is guaranteed to be in at least excellent condition unless otherwise stated.

Our Shipping Procedure
If payment is made by credit or debit card, all goods are normally shipped within 1-2 days of receiving an order. If payment is made by credit/debit card, accounts are not debited until the order is ready to dispatch. If payment is made by cheque/IMO/cash, Vinyl Tap keep items reserved for up to one month (after which time the order is canceled if no payment has been received.

Goods not received
Vinyl Tap retain proof of any items purchased. Items sent by recorded delivery are insured up to £27, items sent by registered delivery are insured up to £2500.
Vinyl Tap can claim back the value of any goods lost, up to the amount for which they are insured, and thus credit the customer this amount for lost items. Under any other circumstances (i.e. orders sent using standard first class post), losses in the post are beyond the control of Vinyl Tap and credit cannot be offered.

Returns Policy
Goods with which customers are not satisfied can be returned up to one month after purchase, for an exchange, or for a full refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
